Apple has released watchOS 27.0.1 for Apple Watch Series 12 and Apple Watch Ultra 4.
The update fixes an issue that could cause some devices to restart unexpectedly, with Apple listing no published CVE entries for this release. It has been available since September 23, 2026 and is limited to those two models.
