The U.S. Federal Communications Commission has granted SpaceX international Section 214 authority to support Starlink Mobile services.
Issued on September 17, the authorization allows SpaceX to carry Starlink Mobile traffic between the U.S. and other countries through its own facilities or resale arrangements. The approval does not automatically authorize service in every country, where local spectrum and telecom licenses will still be required.
