OpenMuse has emerged as an open-source alternative to Meta Muse.

The self-hostable personal AI agent can operate a persistent browser, work with files and PDFs, run terminal commands, and connect to services such as Gmail and Google Calendar. The project is released under the MIT license, giving users greater control over how their personal agent runs and accesses data.
