Salesforce introduced a new portfolio of job-ready Agentforce AI agents for sales, service, commerce, employee experience and back-office work.
Connected to Customer 360, the agents can pursue goals over days or weeks, learn new skills and collaborate with other agents. Most agents in the portfolio are generally available, while the outbound-sales agent Hunter is in pilot and scheduled for general availability in November 2026.
