Google’s study of AI use among U.S. teenagers found that 94% had used AI during the past year.

RXN surveyed more than 1,000 people ages 13–17 nationally and conducted separate samples across six states. Among teens using AI, 74% use it at least weekly as a study partner, while 55% said they cross-check AI-generated information against other trusted sources.
