Starting November 16, 2026, developers must disclose whether their apps enable real-world location sharing or romantic interactions with other people or AI-powered virtual companions. Apps featuring dating and relationships will receive a minimum 18+ rating, and all developers must complete the updated declarations by January 12, 2027.
