London’s National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery performed the first brain tumor operation supported by real-time AI guidance. 

The system analyzed live surgical footage and highlighted critical nerves and blood vessels, while the surgeons retained full control throughout the procedure. The tumor was successfully removed from a 48-year-old patient whose sight had been at risk, preserving his vision.
