Shopify has introduced Canvas, a new visual workspace for designing an entire online store from one place.

It works with Shopify’s AI agent Sidekick, letting merchants view multiple pages together, request changes in natural language and preview updates in real time on the store’s actual theme code. Canvas is rolling out over the coming days and is not yet replacing Shopify’s existing editor.
