Google Research has launched Deep Review worldwide, an AI system that gives detailed feedback on complex documents such as research papers and technical documents.
It splits a document into logical sections, has separate AI agents review each one in parallel, and then merges their findings into a single report that flags errors and inconsistencies across sections, covering not just mathematical proofs but also design documents, presentations, and legal and financial documents. Everyone gets two free document reviews a week, and in earlier pilots with conferences including ICML and NeurIPS, the system gave pre-submission feedback to the authors of more than 16,000 papers.
