
Wayve and Uber launched the United Kingdom’s first autonomous ride-hailing service in London.
Users requesting UberX, Uber Electric or Uber Comfort may be matched with a Wayve vehicle at no additional cost and can switch to a conventional ride if preferred. The electric Ford Mustang Mach-E vehicles use Wayve AI Driver and initially carry a licensed safety driver, operating across London except at airports.
