Google has shared new findings from studies in the UK and Italy exploring Gemini's impact on education.

In a UK trial involving more than 1,100 students, AI-powered math tutoring delivered results comparable to human tutors on classroom tasks and quizzes, although the gains did not extend to standardized tests. In Italy, a study involving 1,600 teachers found that student engagement increased from 77% to 84% in Gemini-assisted lessons, alongside more collaborative classroom activities.
