WordPress.com has expanded premium theme access to all paid plans and introduced an upgraded newsletter dashboard.

Premium themes are now available on the Personal plan, while the new newsletter hub provides subscriber counts, email open rates, click rates, and performance insights in one place. The update also brings comment forms that automatically match site designs and new blocks for displaying video playlists.
