Spotify has begun rolling out Playlist Notes, a feature allowing users to add thoughts and context directly to their playlists. The feature is initially available to Free and Premium users aged 16 and over in select countries.

YouTube is changing how it counts video views. Starting August 24th, a view will be counted from the moment a video begins playing. This new standard will apply to publicly visible view counts across YouTube.
