Epic Games founder Tim Sweeney says the company is in the middle of a major transformation aimed at getting the most out of AI.

In a post on X, he explains that developers are being shuffled across teams and retooled to work with AI at full speed. Sweeney says the goal isn't to do the same work with fewer people, but to help everyone build more and better things, and to pass those benefits on to every team using Unreal.
